Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Immersing yourself in day-to-day kitchen operations

• Responsibility for ensuring high quality restaurant standard food is showcased throughout our entire banquet operation

• Inspiration and guidance for our kitchen team, fostering a culture of culinary excellence

• Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position

• Assurance that every dish reflects our steadfast commitment to quality and taste

• Collaboration across departments to curate exceptional dining experiences

• Ensures food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times

• Purchases appropriate supplies and manages food and supply inventories according to budget.

• Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service within guidelines

• Supports and assists with new menus, concepts for Banquets.
