Responsibilities

Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Homesense and Sierra chains. Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors. Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts. Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned. Supplies client's Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.
