Monitor supply par levels in all Periop Par locations, rotate supplies to minimize expired products and re-order supplies in all Periop Par locations using handheld technology.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitors par levels of supplies in all Periop Par locations. Rotate supplies to minimize expired products and record expired products. Re-order Par supplies utilizing hand-held technology.

  • Unpack, check off packing slips of Supplies received and restock the Par levels.

  • Reports observed hazards within the immediate physical environment to the appropriate personnel.

  • Cross cover other Periop Supply Chain Coordinators and Periop Supply Chain Manager as needed.

  • Assists in the counting process during the Periop Departments annual inventory. Request supplies from the other BILH facilities as needed. Notes discrepancies and reports to the Periop Supply Chain Manager. Maintain all administrative paperwork.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • 0-1 years related work experience required.

  • Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
