What you will do:

· Leading and overseeing the design and implementation of enterprise technology solutions focused on Microsoft 365 integrations, ensuring strategic alignment with the client's business goals.

· Managing complex projects involving the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 using specialized migration tools such as Quest, AvePoint, and Cloudiway.

· Producing comprehensive and detailed analysis and design documentation that supports the successful delivery and sustainability of technology solutions.

· Engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities for technological advancements and smooth transition strategies.

· Establishing rigorous IT processes and standards to enhance operational efficiency and security across deployed solutions.

· Extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 implementations and deep knowledge of enterprise cloud solutions.

· Demonstrated leadership in large-scale IT migrations, with a strong track record using migration tools like Quest, AvePoint, and Cloudiway.

· Superior skills in crafting detailed technical documentation, including solution analysis and design that meet high standards of clarity and precision.

· Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical scenarios effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

· Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
