The Spirit of the Position: LAZ Parking is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by handling various administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. This is a high-demand role, responsible for administrative assistance and onboarding candidates for 50-100 requisitions at any given time. Principal Job Duties Proactively research and source passive job seekers through various channels, including online job boards, and professional networks. Maintain ourATS (Fountain), including completing cleanup projects, opening and closing requisitions, and general housekeeping projects as needed. Collaborates with our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to ensure timely and seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Accurately maintains dashboards and recruiting metrics including open positions, new hires, etc. Schedules and conducts initial screenings of potential candidates as needed. Supports location transitions by assisting with onboarding, conducting pre-screen interviews, participating in joining transition meetings, and contributing to the overall organization and administration of mass hiring for new locations. Assists with planning and executing job fairs and hiring events. Support ad hoc requests and special projects from the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Leadership team. Education Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience 1+ years of recruitment experience preferred but not required. Proven experience in an administrative support role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and general Microsoft Office Applications. Skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Strong time-management skills and ability to hold self and others accountable to deadlines. Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea-sharing and creative problem-solving, to encourage open expression of ideas and opinions. Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees and managers. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
