Probate Paralegal

Our client, a Probate firm seeks an estate/trust/conservatorship administration and probate litigation paralegal. Individual should be a detail-oriented team player with effective communication skills. Must have paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies. Experience in probate, estate planning, accounting or litigation a plus but not required. Salary to commensurate with experience. 1040 and 1041 tax preparation, Word, e-filing, Simplifile, TABS3 and PracticeMaster experience a plus. Requirements • Minimum of five years of experience as a Paralegal.

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Case Management Software and Management Systems.

• Experience in using LexisNexis for legal research.

• Ability to handle Billing Functions and Calendar Management.

• Experience in Complaint Handling and Claim Administration.

• Proficient in Briefing and managing Probate cases.

• Experience with Probate & Estate Administration, Probate Law, and Probate Litigation.

• Knowledge of Estate Law, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
