Description We are seeking a Senior Auditor for our financial services team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves managing audits and testing of various controls related to regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be expected to identify and address potential gaps in existing controls, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute audits and testing of various controls related to regulatory compliance

• Proactively identify and address potential gaps or weaknesses in existing controls

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to develop and implement new controls to enhance compliance

• Provide guidance and support to internal departments on compliance matters

• Develop and maintain documentation of controls and compliance processes

• Respond to internal risk assessment and inquiries related to compliance and controls

• Identify and communicate potential gaps and areas of improvement to management

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure adherence to appropriate regulations and policies

• Utilize communication and analytical skills to enhance the effectiveness of the audits

• Apply knowledge of best practices and regulatory compliance in the execution of responsibilities. Requirements • Possession of excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial duties and execute identified tasks

• Proficiency in auditing and regulation practices within the financial services industry

• Experience with risk assessment and regulatory compliance

• Knowledge of workstation support and R Code

• Strong understanding of policy, compliance functions, and best practices in financial services

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Capability to develop adjustments, deliverables, and test plans

• Proven experience in providing guidance to internal departments and stakeholders

• Proficiency in expense reporting and documentation

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' time management tool.
