Mill Creek Residential Intern– Corp. Marketing Content Manager in Boca Raton, Florida

Mill Creek internship opportunities vary and will be designed to further the educational components and prior experiences of the candidates. Internships will offer various forms of learning opportunities, job training, and exposure to some of the leading practices, processes and project management software utilized in the industry as well as the culture and work environment offered by an industry leader.

Essential Functions/Learning Opportunities

  • Become familiar with Mill Creek’s culture and philosophy by completing required online training programs, in addition to compliance and risk management online training.

  • Work with their designated supervisor to understand Mill Creek’s business model and how the Corporate Marketing function contributes and supports the organization.

  • Work with their designated supervisor or designee to become familiar with tools and resources available to members of the workgroup.

Corporate Marketing internships may also include these opportunities:

  • Learn the functionality of corporate website, understand stakeholders, and learn how to load content. Examples include but are not limited to website content creation, maintenance, and loading of content into the system.

  • Learn corporate social media strategy and target market. Learn to create, write, edit, and proofreads social media content. Content could include images and or verbiage associated with images.

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and Digital Content Managers to ensure corporate website and digital project expectations are aligned.

  • May be asked to post social media content via third-party dashboard.

  • Learn administrative tasks for marketing organization including processing invoices, completing allocations and additional billbacks.

  • Learn event planning by working with Project Management Specialist and Brand Manager as needed to assist with event and meeting planning.

  • Learn and follow Fair Housing Guidelines.

  • Learn how to interact with a diverse mix of customers to answer questions, assist with concerns, and deliver a welcoming service experience.

  • Contribute ideas for improving customer and user satisfaction.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Edu ca tion an d/or E x p e ri e n c e

  • Current or recent enrollment in an educational program with a focus on real estate, hospitality, or marketing.

Skills/Specialized Kn o w ledg e

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite is a bonus, but not required.
