We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role entails working on litigation cases, particularly in the field of construction litigation, and requires a high degree of individual initiative as well as teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in significant client interaction and communication, necessitating excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service mindset

• Handle day-to-day legal problems and provide effective solutions

• Prepare legal documents such as complaints, responses to objections, and motions

• Manage the discovery process in litigation cases

• Utilize Microsoft Office platform for document management and e-filing in Philadelphia and surrounding counties

• Support multiple attorneys with a focus on litigation

• Manage multiple projects and cases with competing deadlines while adapting to changing priorities to meet client and attorney needs

• Utilize skills in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Billing Functions, Briefing, Calendar Management, Claim Administration, Complaint Handling, Litigation ParaLegal, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury Plaintiffs.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Paralegal.

• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat is required.

• Familiarity with Case Management Software is needed.

• Knowledge of LexisNexis is a must.

• Experience with Management Systems is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience in handling Billing Functions is needed.

• Must have experience in Briefing and Calendar Management.

• Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling is necessary.

• Must be skilled in Litigation ParaLegal work.

• Experience in dealing with Medical Malpractice cases is required.

• Must have experience in handling Personal Injury Plaintiffs cases.
